The Special Adviser to Ondo State Governor on Health, Prof Dayo Faduyile, OON has congratulated President elect, Federal Republic of Nigeria, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu and his Vice President elect, Senator Kashim Shettima, describing their joint victory on Saturday as an affirmation of the robust enthusiasm and trust Nigerians repose in Asiwaju Bola Tinubu’s administrative acumen.
Prof Faduyile, former President, Nigeria Medical Association, NMA, said the election process held under the ambience of calm and tranquility, hailing Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, for a successful conduct of the exercise which has been applauded by international observers.
Faduyile categorically stated that Ondo State Governor deserves special appreciation over the turn out of the first leg of the 2023 general elections, noting that ‘ the talk and do ‘ Governor of Ondo State started the championing of power shift from the North to the South, having specifically maintained that Nigerians should allow South West to clinch the Presidency as matter of fairness and equity.
He noted that under the watch of Gov Akeredolu, Ondo State gave Asiwaju Bola Tinubu 67 percent votes, the largest percentage of vote cast from states on the Saturday election to make Asiwaju Bola Tinubu the President elect, saluting the Ondo State Governor for Asiwaju Bola Tinubu’s convenient victory as recorded on Saturday, February 25th.
The Professor of Pathology and Forensic Medicine , a member of the APC Presidential campaign Council ( PCC) noted that the Asiwaju Bola Tinubu tenure will usher the nation into an era of good tidings in the area of economy, which has been wobbling, in the area of ICT, in the area of health and in virtually every aspect of the nation.
It will be recalled that Prof. Faduyile, OON, is the convener of ” BATIFIED Doctors ” a league of Medical professionals put together to champion the course of Bola Tinubu’s Presidency , drawing attention to the gains Nigeria and Nigerians stand to benefit in the area of adequate improvement of the health sector when Tinubu becomes the President. The BATIFIED Doctors had a unique interface with Asiwaju Bola Tinubu in Abuja, represented by Alhaji Kashim Shettima in the build up to the general election.
Prof. Faduyile also saluted the electoral body , INEC for the conduct of the election while noting that the security did excellently well policing and providing protection for both election staff and the electorate.
He stressed that the election is over and the process has been fair, stressing however that the proper channel for development of the economy as factored into the party manifesto of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu will be executed to a logical conclusion, calling on Nigerians across party lines to cooperate with the incoming government to improve Nigeria.
Faduyile said the election process has shown that Democracy has greatly improved in Nigeria.
