WAEC releases school Candidates’ result on Monday, Nov 2nd.

– Steve Ovirih.

West African Examination Council (WAEC) has said on its Twitter handle @waecnigeria that the school Candidates examination written between August September this year will be released tomorrow, Monday, the 2nd November.

The regional examination body said the result was meant to have been released earlier than the announced date , November 2nd but for the EndSARS Protest which affected the operations of its offices all over Nigeria.

The examination which is always written annually between May/ June was disrupted as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic which led to the national lockdown of the country for the upward of five months.

The message on the examination body’s Twitter handle reads in part, “Candidates are informed that the West African Senior Secondary Certificate Examination for school candidates will be released @ waecnigeria tomorrow, Monday November 2nd, 2020 by 10.30 am.”

The body enjoins candidates to take advantage of this information to reach out on the net to check their results online.
