By-election rally :Ondo South stands still for Faduyile as Adelami, Agagu, Kolawole, Oke call for massive votes

Okitipupa, headquarters of old Okitipupa Division came alive today,Thursday 18th June, as prominent political stakeholders of All Progressives Congress, APC across Ondo State bonded together for Prof Dayo Faduyile, OON, APC Senatorial by-election candidate for Ondo South.
The election comes up on Saturday, June, 20th,2026.
The Governor, Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa was represented by his Deputy, Olaide Adelami, who noted that Gov. Aiyedatiwa supports equality and and fairness, hence his resolve to back Prof. Dayo Faduyile from the same Constituency with the out gone Senator of Ondo South, Amb. Jimoh Ibrahim.
He implored the people of Ondo South to justify Governor’s interest in fairness and equitable distribution of elective offices, by coming in good number to vote for Prof. Faduyile, a son of the soil and APC candidate. The Deputy Governor handed over the party’s flag to the flag bearer, Prof. Faduyile amidst loud ovation from the crowd.
Chief Olusola Oke, SAN, a foremost APC leader from Ilaje, in his goodwill address said APC made a fantastic choice in Prof. Faduyile, whom he described as a young, amiable and energetic politician who will put up a good showing in The Senate.
Oke charged the good people of the South to vote so massively that the Presidency will be impressed enough to trust us for more massive showing in the Presidential and other election in January, 2027.
The Chairman of the Campaign Council, Pastor Femi Agagu thanked all the party leaders for their support, while saluting all members of APC across Ondo South for attending the all important grand finale for the Ondo south by election.
The State Chairman of APC, Hon.Babatunde Kolawole expressed his confidence that Ondo South by-election will be won massively by APC candidate, Prof.Dayo Faduyile, noting however that while the party is sure of victory, APC wants a massive election lead with satisfactory vote statistics therefore the people should come out in their huge size to vote and make their votes to be counted as APC coasts to victory in the Ondo South by-election, which he enthused that it will be a precursor to another land slide victory for APC in the 2027 General election.
Prof.Faduyile,OON, while expressing gratitude to Ondo State APC structure being led by the leader of the party in the state, Gov.Aiyedatiwa represented by his Deputy,Olaide Adelami, the APC state Chair, Hon.Kolawole and all the good people of the Southern Senatorial District for reposing confidence in his candidacy, he assured the crowd that the victory on Saturday will be dedicated to all the well meaning people who are passionate about President Bola Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda.
