Faduyile expresses confidence in Aiyedatiwa’s Guber victory.

Prof. Dayo Faduyile, OON, Chairman of Governing Council at Federal College of Education , FCE, Kontagora, who doubles as the Chairman of the Health Committee, Aiyedatiwa / Adelami Governorship Campaign Council, has noted confidently that the incumbent Governor of Ondo State, Hon. Lucky Aiyedatiwa will be returned as Governor of Ondo State come November 16th, 2024.
Prof. Faduyile , it will be recalled contested the Ondo State Guber primary of the ruling All Progressives Congress , APC from which Gov. Aiyedatiwa had emerged the party’s candidate.
In an exclusive chat with thepolity. net at his Akure residence, the Ondo State APC stakeholder waved off the chances of the opposition upstaging the victory chances of Ondo state APC at the poll, stating that Gov. Aiyedatiwa’s achievements so far will drown all the other opposition parties at the polls.
” My brother, let me assure you that as far as Ondo State is concerned, the voters know where their bread is best buttered. Gov. Lucky Aiyedatiwa has indeed made significant strides in the area of youth development and empowerment. Is it these youths who have benefitted from such massive empowerment of the Governor that will now give their votes to the opposition? It doesn’t work that way! People are naturally wired to show gratitude and that is what the voters will do on election day.
” It will interest you to know that Gov. Aiyedatiwa has approved bursaries and scholarships for students of Ondo State in tertiary institutions and Nigerian Law schools. This is evidence of his commitment to education and youth empowerment. You can’t appreciate this until you find yourself being financially incapacitated when it comes to paying tuition fee. And you can’t but agree with me that this gesture has made education more accessible and alleviated financial burdens for many young people across the state, ” Prof. Faduyile stated.
Stressing the issue of Aiyedatiwa’s achievements further, Prof. Faduyile said the Governor has launched various empowerment programs such as ‘the one youth, one skill initiative’ geared to equip youths with essential skills, provision of support for the agricultural sector as a business to reduce unemployment and improve food production. He said this administration has deployed more busses for free shuttle services for students across Ondo State as this has enhanced mobility and accessibility for the students.
“Look at infrastructural development, the Governor has fared tremendously well in that respect. Road construction and repair works in the state capital is going on at an appreciable level. All these humble strides of Gov. Aiyedatiwa has endeared him to the heart of Ondo state voters and the truth is beyond the empty grandstanding of the opposition, the incumbent Governor of Ondo State and APC Guber candidate , Gov. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa is seen in the polity as a politician who exudes compassionate leadership,” Prof. Faduyile enthused.
