Faduyile wants Nigerians to indulge healthy living.

A Professor of Pathology and Forensic Medicine, Prof.Dayo Faduyile, OON has described healthy living as panacea for good health, encouraging Nigerians to do all withing their means to imbibe lifestyle that will make them have physical and mental fitness.

The former National President, Nigeria Medical Association ( NMA), in an exclusive chat with thepolity.net said healthy living is one of the four dimensions of health, stating that it engenders social fitness.

” It is important for everyone who wants to live without health encumbrance to be conscious about their health and body systems.

” Healthy living has a lot of social benefits as it takes someone who is healthy to initiate and sustain quality relationships.

” It must be noted that mental alertness and healthy life style offer one the ability to adapt socially in all situations, occasions and circumstances.”

Prof. Faduyile, who was the former Special Adviser on Health to Ondo State Governor added that healthy living gives one the quest to fulfill greater social intelligence, imbuing one with the excitement to associate freely with others without the sentiment of low esteem.

Prof. Faduyile stressed that it takes good health to sustain enriched circle of influence wherever one finds oneself while adding that the confidence to be charismatic and influential in one’s community is a forte of people who can enjoy the four dimensions of health.

” It goes without saying that problem solving skills come naturally to people who are enjoying healthy living,” Prof. Faduyile reiterated.
