Gen. Bajowa tasks Ondo South voters on massive vote support for Aiyedatiwa.

The Jagunmolu of Ikaleland and Ojagbulegun from the Source , Prince ( Dr) Gen. Joseph Olu Bajowa,CFR, has noted that he is highly impressed with the performance , administrative capability and competence of His Excellency, Gov. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, the Ondo State Governor, whom he described as a man of good character , proven integrity and courage.
Gen. Bajowa gave this indication on the fringe of Gov. Aiyedatiwa’s stakeholders meeting with Ikale Royal fathers and other eminent Ikale personalities and Leaders of thought. Gen. Bajowa said, “I am highly impressed with the performance, administrative capability and competence of His Excellency ,Gov. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa , the Executive Governor of our Sunshine State . He is indeed a man of good character , proven integrity and courage.”
Earlier in his remark, The All Progressives Congress, APC Governorship Candidate and incumbent Ondo State Governor, Hon. Lucky Aiyedatiwa noted that he is committed to the all round development of the Sunshine State, hence the need for him to come over to have a one on one deliberation with the royal fathers of Ikale and the eminent stakeholders , whom he described as fathers , whose opinion count for him towards engendering a virile economy and political stability for Ondo State.
Gov. Aiyedatiwa said his administration has recruited Medical officers while 2000 teaching staffs have also been offered employment, stressing that the supplementary budget 2004 has been passed in his bid to consolidate on the need to bring economic convenience to the door step of the ordinary people of Ondo State.
The Governor promised the construction and rehabilitation of 20 kilometers of road in Ikale , which will consider routes from Akinfosile, Ijuodo and Ilutitun. He said he is seeking the cooperation of the monarchs because they are traditional key stakeholders in their respective communities.
The Abodi of Ikale, Oba George Babatunde Faduyile , who spoke on behalf of the monarchs said Gov. Aiyedatiwa deserves the support of all well meaning Ondo state residents and indigenes, stressing that he has started well since he officially took over the mantle of leadership of Ondo State . While praying for his success at the poll, Oba Faduyile encouraged him to open Ondo South for further economic development.
In his reaction to the stakeholders meeting, Gen. Bajowa , while speaking with thepolity.net said Gov. Aiyedatiwa has taken the right step by taking it upon himself to visit Okitipupa to have a quality chit chat and give assurance of his commitment to good governance to the people.
The Ojagbulegun from the source said the Governor has the grace of good name and positive aura hovering over him, while stressing that the Luck which his name bears is the best wishes he has for him in the Nov. 16th Governorship election.
Gen. Bajowa added that Gov. Aiyedatiwa who was sworn in on the 27th December, 2023, Coincidentally , his birthday, has within such a short period of time put in place an agenda of showcasing plans and programmes for the rural and societal development and transformation of Ondo state.
” Happily and transparently , Gov. Aiyedatiwa had started to address the issues of poverty, hunger , unemployment and has also accorded priority to state security , regular power supply , quality education and healthcare so as to make life more abundant for our people, ” Gen. Bajowa enthused.
While appealing for massive vote support for the Governor, Gen. Olu Bajowa noted, ” I therefore appeal to all and sundry to give His Excellency Lucky Aiyedatiwa support and vote massively for his continuity in office on Saturday 16th November , as the Executive of Ondo State . ”
