Gen. Olu Bajowa, Congratulates Ooni of Ife on his 47th Birthday.

The Jagunmolu of Ikaleland and Ojagbulegun from The Source, Prince Dr (Gen) Olu Bajowa, OFR has on behalf of himself as the Chairman of Awawa Communications Ltd and his amiable wife, the Regent of Ayeka kingdom, HRH, Princess Barr Oluyemi Bajowa expressed their hearty congratulations on the occasion of the birthday anniversary of the Arole Oodua, Oonirisa, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, Ojaja II.

The Ooni of Ife is celebrating his 47th birthday today, the 17th October, 2021. His reign as a foremost African Oba from the source of Yoruba race, Ile-Ife has been known for peace, tranquility and progress.

It will be recalled that the prominent African Royal Father physically attended Gen. Olu Bajowa’s 80th birthday in December 2020 and was around at the commissioning of Awawa 94.1 FM, the radio station pet project of Gen. Olu Bajowa and the Regent of Ayeka Kingdom, created to influence positively the dissemination of information and promotion of Ikale, Ilaje, Apoi culture of the people of Ondo South Senatorial District of Ondo State.

 

In the congratulatory speech, Gen. Olu Bajowa described the Arole Oodua as a quintessential Yoruba Oba whose reign has continued to project the good image of the Yoruba nation not only in Nigeria but across the globe.

The General said Ooni Ogunwusi has given to Yoruba Nation, purposeful leadership with his continued effort at propagating peace, stability, youth inclusiveness and welfare of the people.

Gen Bajowa in the special birthday release to felicitate Arole Oodua said he and the Regent of Ayeka, Princess Barr Oluyemi Bajowa wished Ooni Ogunwusi long life in good health and more of divine wisdom to rule his kingdom and affect positive development in Yoruba Nation.
