Head Teacher salutes founding fathers as PCS celebrates Passing out parade.

Police Children School , PCS, Okitipupa has celebrated the passing out of its final year pupils . The event which held on Tuesday, the 26th July at the sport field of the school had in attendance Olori Abodi of Ikale Land , Olori Grace Faduyile, The Chairman of the event, Barr. Anthony Olatujoye , who was ably represented by The Editor of thepolity Media , The Ondo State Commissioner of Police , CP Oyeyemi Oyediran Adefisoye , who was represented by Area Commander , Okitipupa Area Command , ACP Salau, Okitipupa Divisional Police Officer, SP Femi Edward ,, Head Teacher , Police Children School, Benin, Mr. Tajudeen Adeniji and a host of others.
Olori Grace Faduyile in her address congratulated the management of the Police Children School under the able leadership of Mrs. Joyce Audu for advancing the cause of development of the school.
Olori Faduyile called on parents to create more time for their wards regardless of their busy schedule , adding that it takes parents who observe the growth of their children to know what natural talents their wards are gifted with and how to make them develop their God given quotients. She added that parents should pay more attention to the growth of their female children and make them feel more comfortable to discuss their concerns and challenges with their parents , so that they will not be misled by outsiders.
In her speech, the Head Teacher of the Police Children School, Okitipupa , Mrs. Joyce Audu thanked all the founding fathers of the school for their commitment to the success narrative of Police Force Education advancement in Okitipupa as well as Ondo South Senatorial District. ” To all the founding fathers of this school, CP Adetuyi , Samuel Ayodekr ( RTD), CP Abayomi Akeremale ( RTD) and a host of others , I say a big thank you.
” I also wish to extend my profound gratitude to Idepe Community Development Association led by Pa T. O Akinseloyin for their support and love for the school ; my big appreciation also goes to High Chief Akeremale , the Petu of Idepe Okitipupa , may Almighty God continue to uphold you all and enrich you abundantly, ” Mrs. Audu prayed.
The Head Teacher expressed her appreciation to the Chairman of the event , Barr. Olatujoye , whom she said the school noted with gratitude his kind financial support for some indigent pupils of the school, who have been enjoying the Anthony Olatujoye scholarship offers. She also noted with delight and appreciation the Chairman’s handsome donation .
She called on other well meaning and public spirited people of Ondo South to come to the aid of the school as the school has so many needs that require their attention and support.
A major highlight of the Passing Out event and prize giving ceremony was the Police Children School parade and the guard of honour mounted by the parade team. Their parade exhibition attracted appreciation and applause of parents and guests at the event as their paces were perfect , ryhthmic and professional as they paraded round the sport field with the parade commander calling the shots from the center of the parade ground.
The DPO Okitipupa , SP Edward , himself a parade commander of repute couldn’t hide his admiration of the pupils whom he said marched with military precision and discipline.
The Area Commander Okitipupa , ACP Salau who reoresented the State Commissioner of Police took the salute and applauded the management of the school for doing a good job of inculcating discipline in the pupils.
Traditional songs display were also exhibited by the pupils of Police Children school, Okitipupa.
On the fringe of the passing out event, the spokesperson of Urhobo Progressive Union, UPU, Okitipupa while speaking with Thepolity . net said he attended the event with the hope of meeting Barr Anthony Olatujoye one -on-one so that he can personally convey the unreserved gratitude of the union to him over his support for the children of a deceased member of UPU , whom Barr. Olatujoye had supported financially all through their pupilage at The Police Children School .
” We can’t thank our great philanthropist , Barr Olatujoye enough. He has helped us where the shoe really pinches and to the grace of God and Barrister’s support one of the girls is also completing her primary education and going to secondary school. This feat would not have been possible without Barr Olatujoye ‘s support . So all members of Urhobo Progressive Union are grateful to him and we pray God to continue to bless him, ” the UPU Spokesperson noted.
