Hon Fayemi says Saturday election proof of mature Democratic contest.

All Progressives Congress, APC Candidate of The Ondo State House of Assembly running to represent Ilaje Constituency 2, Hon Fayemi has boasted that Nigeria has consolidated her Democratic Credentials with the successful conduct of the Presidential and National Assembly elections which held on Saturday, February 25th, 2023. Fayemi made this known during her interaction with thepolity.net on Saturday at the residence of foremost Ilaje APC stakeholder, Hon Tawose at Mahintedo, Chief Tawose’s Ilaje country home.

Hon . Fayemi who noted that the conduct of elections at her polling unit and across Ilaje nation was peaceful and credible by all standard of evaluation, said nobody can say the election was tainted by money politics , stressing that the victory of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, the President elect, Dr Jimoh Ibrahim, the Ondo South Senator elect, and Hon. Donald Ojogo, ilaje – Ese Odo Federal Constituency, Representative elect was a juicy victory that has projected leaders who are progressive in words and indeed.

She commended the electorate for ensuring that the votes they cast went for APC and for protecting their votes from manipulation.

” The election shows that we have come of age in Nigeria and have departed from allowing vote buying to reduce the values of our electoral process, ” Hon Fayemi said.

She appealed to members of her Constituency in Ilaje State Constituency 1 to sustain the victory by voting for her on March 11 and using the votes to show their alliance witg the 35 percent affirmative action which gives room for women’s active participation in Nigerian politics.

Hon. Fayemi appreciated all the APC leaders in Ilaje land whom she said have continued to show tremendous support towards her and her House of Assembly ambition.
