Ondo South Senate Ticket : Mathew Oyerinmade ( Mato) declares ambition.

As the preparation for the 2023 General election revs up, a big fish and political juggernaut by all standard , Mr. Mathew Oyerinmade has thrown his hat in the ring.
[3/23, 10:50 AM] Ovir: Oyerinmade in the course of his visit to All Progressives Congress ( APC) leaders and party faithfuls in Okitipupa announced to his audience that he will be vying for the soon to be vacant seat of Senator representing Ondo South Senatorial District at The Senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Oyerinmade’s declaration for the Senate which held at the APC Secretariat along Broad Street, Okitipupa was a crowd puller as Members and stalwarts alike of the ruling APC from Ondo South were all on ground to receive the politician.

Mr. Mathew Oyerinmade said the desire to run for the Senate was born out of his drive for selfless service and his interest in advancing the cause of growth using the instrumentality of legislation and his wealth of experience.

While soliciting the party faithfuls’ support and vote in the forthcoming party primary, Mr. Oyerinmade assured the people of Ondo South of inclusive governance if they send him to the Senate to represent them. He added that while Ondo South is blessed with arrays of contenders, he stands shoulder taller than others , hence his desire to impact progressively using the medium of active political participation.
While responding , Hon. Biyi Poroye, thanked the Senatorial aspirant for expressing his intention to vie quite early, stressing that Oyerinmade has all it takes to represent the Southern Senatorial District in the upper chamber of The National Assembly.

Also in her remark, Mrs. Morenike Alaka, former Chairman, Okitipupa Local Government described Oyerinmade as an astute party man who has supported the party on different occasion and therefore deserves the party’s support too.

It will be recalled that Mr. Oyerinmade personally renovated the APC Secretariat across Ondo South Senatorial District, a feat made possible by him in his bid to plough his personal fund into ensuring APC offices wear new looks .

Oyerinmade told his supporters that once they all log in their votes for him at The APC primary, the rest will be an easy walk.
