Rector, Fed Pol’Ile Oluji, Ebeloku to Nigerians: Let’s build a better,more prosperous nation

As Nigeria celebrates her 66th Independence Anniversary, the Rector, Federal Polytechnic Ile-Oluji, Dr. Ademola Iyanda Ebeloku has charged Nigerians to build a more prosperous and a more better nation.
Dr.Ebeloku gave this charge in his Independence Day Anniversary statement personally endorsed by him as obtained by the polity.net
The Polytechnic Administrator noted that the celebration of the nation’s 66th Independence Anniversary rekindles the sacrifices of heroes of Nigeria who sacrificed their all for Nigeria to survive. “Today’s celebration also rekindles in our minds the sacrifices of our heroes past whose labour laid the foundation for the Nigeria we have today.Their courage, patriotism and selfless service remind us of our collective responsibility to preserve and strengthen the unity of our nation,” Dr.Ebeloku said.
He maintained that in various capacities and callings of Nigerians, the logical thing to do is to continue to build on the good legacies bequeathed by patriotic fathers of the nation. He noted, ” let us continue to embrace peaceful coexistence, genuine love for one another, renewed hope in our collect destiny and the spirit of good neighborliness.”
Dr. Ebeloku, who said Nigeria has come a long way and has weathered many storms, enthused that the nation has continued to wax stronger in the face of numerous challenges while diversity has remained a source of strength and resilience at all times.
He indicated that as the nation celebrates Independence Anniversary, he is filled with nostalgia as he reflects on the proud heritage Nigerians share and the undying sense of unity in diversity and brotherhood.
The Rector, Federal Polytechnic Ile-Oluji said he specially felicitates with The Governing Council, Academic Board, Management and Staffs of the Polytechnic, stressing that their collective commitment to building a united and prosperous Nigeria through knowledge generation, dissemination and application has remained unwavering.
“Together, we can build the Nigeria of our dreams, a nation that we can all be proud of and a better and more prosperous Nigeria that will take its rightful place among the comity of nations,,” Dr.Ebeloku, added.
