Regent of Ayeka Celebrates hubby, Gen. Olu Bajowa as he turns 79

There are times in the life of men when looking back to how God has been with them all through their life’s journey till date, family members cannot but roll out the drums to celebrate God’s faithfulness , compassion and unfailing love in their lives.
Thus, as Gen. Olu Bajowa (Rtd), the Jagunmolu of Ikale Land and Ojagbulegun of Ayeka kingdom clocks 79 on Friday, the 27th of December , family and friends gathered in their United Kingdom home where the celebrant, Gen. Bajowa was feted in a high octane party.
The Regent of Ayeka kingdom in Ondo south senatorial district, Her Royal Highness, Barrister Oluyemi Bajowa in her remark at the London event described the celebrant , who is her husband, as the ultimate crown on her head, her brother, her father, her destiny moulder and helper, her unflinching rock and ‘the Balogun’ who has given her unalloyed support all these years and the ever caring father of their lovely children.
In flowery epithets , Regent Oluyemi Bajowa noted that on the day Gen. Olu Bajowa was born heaven itself flapped its wings and mother earth was thrown into ecstatic jubilations.
“On this day, all the creations of The Almighty did join in conference to celebrate the birth of this great soldier and combatant.
“The womb of his mother enjoyed the highest level of fertility only comparable to the soil in the garden of Eden , thus it yielded its very best on the 27th December,” the Regent said.
She maintained that the day Jagunmolu graced the earthly plain was a very special day in the eyes of the Almighty hence the joy, jubilations and celebration among family and friends. ” On this beautiful day, I celebrate you, my dearest and darling husband, the love of my life, the Ultimate crown on my head, my brother, my father, my destiny helper and moulder, my rock , the Balogun that stands firmly behind me without flinching and the father of our lovely children,” the Barrister at law and Regent of Ayeka kingdom stressed.
The Regent noted categorically that every 27th December cannot be like any other day for her because the special day presents her with special opportunity to reflect and be grateful to God for it was the peculiar day her life’ journey- mate was born. She said: ” I don’t want to be anywhere else other than your side ( referring to the celebrant Gen Bajowa); I don’t want to be anything other than your wife and I don’t want to occupy any office other than the office of being your soul mate.”
Regent Oluyemi Bajowa averred that her husband, who is an Ikale stakeholder and high chief, is a rare gem, a fighter of Justice, a leader of his people an indispensable and fearless warrior, a lover of his homestead and a worthy philanthropist of no equal. She said Gen. Olu Bajowa has a golden heart that is driven by pure motives and the altruistic desire to make humanity feel better. She added that her husband’s attitude to life is simple and pure regardless of his background as a military personnel.
While wishing ” the birthday boy” a happy birthday , the Regent of Ayeka ” Adele Oba” Oluyemi Bajowa prayed God to continue to grant Gen. Bajowa a resounding good health, peace of mind and overwhelming good health so that he can sit back in pleasant delight to enjoy the fruits of his labour.
Gen. Bajowa served as a Permanent secretary in the Ministry of Defense among the high ranking portfolio he held as a top brass in the Nigerian Army before his retirement.
