Gov. Akeredolu’s Supreme Court victory is a thumb up for Democracy – Ondo SSG.

– Steve Ovirih.

Secretary to Ondo State Government, Princess Barr. Catherine Oladunni Odu has said that the Supreme Court victory of her Principal and incumbent Governor of Ondo State, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Odunayo Akeredolu has confirmed the Judiciary as the last bastion of hope for all Nigerians who believe in the supremacy of the rule of law.
The former SUBEB Chairperson said the ruling which conferred victory on Gov. Akeredolu in the Supreme Court is no doubt a huge thumb up for the blossoming Democracy the nation is enjoying.

In a congratulatory message made available to thepolity.net, Princess Odu said the All Progressives Congress in Ondo State remains resolute and the party was not shaken by the flimsy petition of the opposition party which has eventually run its full course at the highest court in the land.

The Idepe-Okitipupa born princess and political amazon charged the opposition to see reason to work for the greater good of Ondo State now that the election petition has been concluded at the Supreme Court, adding that it is time to show concern for the economic development of Ondo State beyond politicking.

Princess Odu assured the good people of Ondo State that the Gov. Akeredolu led APC Government of Ondo State will continue to bring the dividends of Democracy to the citizenry of the Sunshine State.
