Double Celebration for Modupeola Iwatan as she celebrates 50th birthday, marks Chieftaincy title.

‘Teach us to number our days that we may apply our heart unto wisdom’ is a popular saying in the Book of Psalm which underscores the necessity of celebrating birthday as it offers opportunity to appreciate God for the years spent, relive the experiences of the years gone by and rejoice over God’s benevolence on the celebrant.
And so it was yet another celebration of God’s goodness , loving kindness and an obvious show of gratitude in the life of Chief Mrs. Modupeola Iwatan, the delectable Princess and wife of billionaire oil mogul and business tycoon , Chief Godwin Iwatan, the Ikale born Lagos socialite of repute and an outstanding Philanthropist .
The family of Iwatan gathered family and friends at the expansive K and M event Center , Ifako Ijaye in Lagos as the high octane birthday bash held for the Liseri of Igodan Lisa in Okitipupa Local Govt area of Ondo state.
The event which held on Saturday, 20th July, 2024 sparkled with class and paparazzi as no less a personage than The Olu of Igodan Lisa , His Royal Majesty Oba Olusegun Adetarami Joseph Adetuwo was on ground to identify with one of her notable chief, who is the celebrant.
It was a gathering of Lagos big boys, the elite class in the socialite bracket and eminent Ondo state Indigenes as guests spoke of the celebrant in glowing testimony of her impactful and highly commendable contribution to humanity.
The zonal Supretendent of CAC, Ifako, His Eminence, Baba Akasho draped the event with prayers while releasing God’s prophesy of greater achievement on Chief Mrs. Modupe Iwatan , declaring the celebration open as he called on God , the giver of life to take pre eminence at the celebration.
The Chairman at the classy gathering of who is who and prominent personalities who matter to the Iwatans, ACP Adebowale Oni , in his goodwill remark, noted that Chief Mrs Modupeola Iwatan is a dependable wife who is worthy of being celebrated on her 50th birthday anniversary, stressing that over the years , she has been supportive of her husband , reinforcing the. time tested saying that behind a successful man is not just a woman but a very good lifelong partner. The top cop averred that the celebrant is a blessing to people who are fortunate to cross her path and she is a woman that whatever she touches turns to gold, while adding that her husband is a lucky man to have her as his partner in his marriage sojourn. ACP Oni charged the celebrant to continue to deploy her goodwill towards improving humanity as all her good deeds are recorded by God to shower her continued goodness , good health and long life.
When it was the turn of Chief Godwin Iwatan to serenade his wife, the auditorium was filled with admiration as the reputable oil mogul traced the history of his humble beginning with his wife, whom he described as a rock steady pillar of support for him when the journey was quite rough and the horizon never showed any traces of a good fortune that the future had in stock . He said a man without a good wife will suffer not just a poor life but an unbearable one, bearing credence to how his wife had stood by him as a young husband barely managing life in a roomy apartment as a struggling and hustling upstart in Lagos. The successful oil magnate said the true virtue of his treasure of inestimable value came to the fore when he lost his job , adding that his wife did believe in him so much that she would drop a portion of her school fee for his upkeep in those better forgotten years when things were on the downturn for him. Chief Iwatan did not forget to add that Chief Mrs. Modupeola Iwatan was and is still a strong prayer warrior whose unceasing prayer for him had seen him rise steadily to an enviable peak in his business career, stressing that if he is to come to this world a million time, Modupeola will be his spousal choice over and again.
The event became quite solemn as the father of the celebrant , Chief Otuyemi reached out with the special prayer of the aged for her daughter. Baba Otuyemi said his daughter has had glowing sparkle of a glorious child from her childhood as she has always been the kind and sympathetic one who shows care and concern for every member of the family. He noted that the celebrant has made him happy, asking God to continue to bless her with good health and long life. The celebrant’s mother , Mother in Israel Iwayemi followed suit as she offered words of prayer for her beautiful daughter as she clocked 50.
The Olu of Igodan Lisa , Oba Adetarami Adetuwo gave an introspection on the celebrant, noting that she is an Amazon who stands out among her peers and she was considered to be bestowed the title of Liseri of Igodan based on her humanitarian contribution to her community. The Royal father encouraged the celebrant to continue with her good works as he noted that the testimony of humans is the candid testament of the heavens about her well noticed Philanthropist gesture while adding that God who repays all good works has just started his benevolent patronage on the life of the celebrant.
Major highlight of the birthday bash was the cutting of the 50th birthday cake of Chief Mrs. Modupeola Iwatan, a royal display as the Olu of Igodan Lisa, Oba Adetuwo anchored the session as the audience gave the celebrant a standing ovation and applause as Chief Mrs Iwatan slid down the knife on her resplendent cake, supported by her husband and children .
A more unique feature of the double celebration was the presentation of a Sport utility vehicle, 2017 Prado Jeep Series by Chief Goddy Iwatan to his heartthrob . The special birthday gift was presented on behalf of Chief Iwatan by the Chairman of the event, ACP. Oni, who said a woman of good virtue is a constant joy of her husband.
The event was draped with danceable lyrics as the Lagos musical rave, Alaseyori live band got up stage to sizzle the already receptive atmosphere . Omoba Demola Suzzy was also on hand at the event , as he provided music to celebrate the now 50 years old wife of Chief Goddy Iwatan.
Some of the guests at the event who spoke exclusively with the polity tv agreed that Chief Mrs Modupeoluwa Iwatan is a good woman of yadorable virtue worthy of being celebrated .
