Bajowa congratulates Ooni, Arole Oodua on Olojo celebration.

The Jagunmolu of Ikaleland and Ojagbulegun from The Source, Prince ( Dr.) Gen. Olu Bajowa , CFR, has extended his hearty wishes to The Ooni of Ife, Arole Oodua, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Enitan Ogunwusi, Ojaja II and all Oduduwa sons and daughters on the successful celebration of Olojo Festival, 2024.

General Bajowa in his congratulatory message to Ooni which he personally signed , a copy of which was made available to thepolity .net writes, ” I write to join all Oduduwa Sons and Daughters in congratulating Kabiesi on the successful celebration of Olojo Festival 2024!

“This year’s festival carries an even deeper significance as our nation navigates challenging times. The spirit of The First Dawn which the Olojo Festival represents , reminds us of the resilience, unity and renewal that we must embrace as a people,” Gen. Bajowa noted.

The Retired Army top brass said Olojo Festival offers an opportunity to invoke the strength of our ancestors and the blessings of Oduduwa to guide the nation to peace , prosperity and collective progress even as Nigeria has continued to encounter social economic trials.

He said while he was unavoidably absent at the festival in Ile Ife, he was happy that His Royal Highness, Prince Michael Babatunde Ayeyowa, The Lumure-elect of Ayeka Kingdom was in attendance to represent all Lumure descendants both at home and abroad and has brought the blessings of Oduduwa to Ayeka in particular and Ikaleland in general.

Gen. Bajowa prayed God to continue to bless Oonirisa,Oba Enitan Ogunwusi, adding that may Olojo Festival bring forth new beginnings, unity , peace and a brighter future to the entire Oduduwa landscape.
