Unity Forum unites with Akeredolu

Feelers from the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo state has it that the hitherto enstranged political pressure group in the state, The Unity Forum has resolved all issues and decided to rally support for the victory of Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu in his bid to be returned as a second term Governor in the forthcoming Guber poll in Ondo state.
The State Chairman of the party, Chief Ade Adetimehin gave this indication while briefing the press in Akure, the Ondo state capital.
Adetimehin, breaking the news, said it was interesting to note that the opposing forces within the state APC are resolving the schism that has wedged a gap between them and the party on one hand and between them and government of Gov. Akeredolu on the other hand. He noted that the party cannot go into a major election with a divided house and all the stakeholders realizing this have chosen to let go of all the issues that had brought misunderstanding in the time past, stressing that Governor Akeredolu as an APC candidate belongs to all APC in Ondo state.
He maintained that he has related with the members of the Unity Forum and a mutual understanding to ensure the party coasts home to victory in the October poll has been reached and consolidated.
