CAC Surrey Docks District, London hosts Abodi of Ikale Land

It was a grand and royal welcome for the Abodi of Ikale Land, His Royal Majesty Oba George Babatunde Faduyile, Adegun II at the Surrey Docks District Headquarters of Christ Apostolic Church, United Kingdom at the church service on Sunday, the 15th of December.

The Ikale royal father is in United kingdom for a weeklong activity that will see him hold session with Ikales in United kingdom, pay a visit to the House of Parliament and a special visit to the Buckingham palace as well as Downing street among several other scheduled tour in his itinerary.

The Yoruba congregation in the church auditorium expressed delight and excitement on sighting the Abodi who was accompanied by his wife, Olori Grace Faduyile and the Oniju of Iju Odo, His Royal Highness Oba Festus Olumoyegun and his wife.
The Abodi and his colleague Oba, His Royal Highness Oba Olumoyegun were given special recognition while unique memorabilia were presented to them.

The senior pastor of the church, Pastor Emmanuel Medaiyese appreciated Abodi for his stabilizing efforts as a royal father in Ikale Land. He noted that the royal father has shown his commitment as a good Christian Oba and regardless of the fact that he landed in Uk barely 48 hours he did not miss church on Sunday .

Among Nigerians in the Diaspora who were at the Sunday service were Pastor and Lady Evangelist Medaiyese, Pastor and Lady Evangelist Oguntade,Chief Layi Akinbode, the Aare Bobaseye of Ikale Land, Chief Mrs. Bola Akinbode, the Yeye Bobaseye and Elder Sunny Awotula.

Others are Pastor Fasoro, pastor Lanlokun, Pastor Ajala , Elder Lemo, Elder Otti and Elder Olatokun.

The rest are Elders Omodugba, Obisesan, Babatunde Johnson, Tunji Oyebanji, Bam Ogundare and Prince Dr. Lateef Olabode.
