Faduyile advocates gratitude, trust in God as ember month begins.

By Steve Ovirih.

An Ondo State All Progressives Congress, APC Chieftain and Chairman Governing Council , Federal College of Education, FCE Kotangora, Niger State, Prof. Dayo Faduyile, OON, has congratulated Nigerians, particularly the good people of Ondo State as the month of September begins.

In a statement he personally endorsed , which copy was obtained by thepolity.net, Prof. Faduyile noted that seeing the threshold of the ember months is a function of God’s loving kindness, hence the need for gratitude to God rather than complaining about individual challenges or the state of the nation.

“Significantly the 1st day of September is Sunday, a day of worship for christian faithful and this provides all an avenue to return to God’s sanctuary today with a heart filled with gratitude. It takes grace to see the new month and as we are partakers of God’s unending grace, it behoves us to show how grateful we are to God in songs of praise and prayers of Thanksgiving,” Prof. Faduyile noted.

He charged Nigerians to also use the opportunity of this Sunday worship to connect to God with unwavering hope and genuine trust in God , adding that as christians ,” we should learn to trust God more.”

He said people are quick to complain than to thank God, indicating that as a medical professional who sees what some people go through in hospitals and what they are willing to give to benefit good health, those who have good health and do not suffer any debilitating health issue should always be grateful to God.

Prof. Faduyile advised Nigerians to take good care of their health by being conscious of their body system at all times so that by careful observation they can promptly detect early enough any change in their health status. ” People should not wait until sickness ties them down or gets them bedridden before they find proper health care as prevention is always better than cure.”

Prof. Faduyile also called on the people of Ondo State to continue to give all their support to the Gov. Lucky Aiyedatiwa led APC government of Ondo State, stressing that Gov. Aiyedatiwa holds all the aces to leading Ondo State to greater economic prosperity .
