Governor Makinde mourns Ajimobi, flies flag at half mast.

Oyo state and its inhabitants are in mourning mood as the state has lost the immediate past Governor of the state, Senator Isiaka Ajimobi. The death of the former Governor was announced yesterday. He was aged 70 as at the time his demise was announced.

Governor Rotimi Makinde said the death of ex Governor Ajimobi is a sad loss not only to Ondo state but the entire country, noting that the former Senator and Governor was an asset whose immense contribution to governance in Oyo state will be sourly missed. The Governor announced that the national flag will be hung at half mast in honour of the deceased Oyo state Governor.
