Member Ondo State House of Assembly representing Okitipupa constituency 2, Hon Tomide Akinrogunde has appreciated delegates from his constituency and Okitipupa Local government area for voting en mass for Governor Akeredolu at the APC primary election which held on the 20th July in Akure , the state capital.

Hon. Akinrogunde while speaking with thepolity.net said the Ondo south senatorial district delegates have kept faith with the incumbent Governor and have shown with clarity that the southern senatorial district is Gov. Akeredolu’s strong support base.

Hon. Akinrogunde when asked what the people of the south should expect from Governor Akeredolu’s second term in office, said the good things the local government has benefitted in the first term should be an indication of better things to come. Akinrogunde noted that the Governor had shown magnanimity by appending the resolution of the House through a bill he and his colleague MHA sponsored to rechristen Ondo State University of Science the Technology (Osustech) Olusegun Agagu University of Science and Technology ( OSUSTECH), adding that with the signing of the bill into law , Governor Akeredolu has immortalised one of the great sons of Ikale Land, Dr. Olusegun Agagu.

Akinrogunde reiterated that Aketi’s second term will bring better industrial development not only to Ondo south but the entire Ondo State.
