NECO Registrar murdered .

Registrar , National Examination Council of Nigeria ( NECO), Prof. Godswill Obioma is dead.

Godswill Obioma , 67 was allegedly murdered yesterday evening at his Mina, Niger State residence after his return from Abuja same yester evening.

It was gathered that pressure had been on to remove the Registrar , who was appointed to office May 14th , 2020.

According to Mrs. Obioma, Prof. Godswill Obioma arrived from Abuja and not quite long after his arrival, the assassins who must have been lurking in the shadows awaiting his arrival swooped on them and strangled her husband to death after which they left without taking anything from the house with them.

It will be recalled that a high profile murder was recorded in Owerri on Saturday when Adamawa APC strong man, Ahmed Gulak, who had paid a courtesy visit on Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodinma was assassinated in broad daylight.
