NMA visits Gov. Okowa

The leadership of the Nigeria Medical Association (NMA) has visited the Executive Governor of Delta State, Senator Patrick Okowa at the Delta State House.

The NMA which was led by its national President, Dr. Francis Dayo Faduyile noted that the body has come to pay a courtesy call on the Delta Governor and to appreciate his administration’s contribution to the health sector of the state.

Dr Faduyile also noted that the body will be officially inviting Gov Patrick Okowa to the forthcoming National Health Summit.

In his response, the Delta State Governor expressed his delight at the visit of the national Exco of the NMA to Delta State and saluted the body for their genuine assessment of the contribution of the state government to the health sector of the state.

The Asagba of Asaba, Prof. Edozien was among the guests when the executive of NMA visited the Delta State House.
