Oyerinmade salutes Workers on May Day.

An All Progressives Congress ( APC) Senatorial hopeful in Ondo South, Mr. Mathew Oye Oyerinmade has saluted Ondo workers as they mark 2022 Workers Day.

The Okeigbo born business man and politician said the work force is the backbone of government and the execution of public policies lie firmly on their shoulder.

In a statement he made available to newsmen, Oyerinmade said Workers Day is an opportunity for workers to reappraise their contribution to impacting the work place positively and also an avenue for them to engage with government on deliberations that can sustain mutual working relationship between government and workforce.

Oye Oyerinmade, popularly called MATO by his admirers specially congratulated the Ondo State workforce for allowing a sustained harmony between them and Ondo State Government, stressing that the peace between Ondo State Government and the workforce has contributed to the economic growth of the state and has made it possible for the state IGR to experience a hitch free increase across the different sectors of the economy.

While also congratulating labour leaders in Ondo State, Oyerinmade called for more cooperation between them and the government of Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu , noting that all over the world today, industrial harmony is a desirable prerequisite for economic sustainability .

Mathew Oye Oyerinmade from Okeigbo is gunning for the Senatorial ticket of the All Progressives Congress to represent Ondo South Senatorial District in the upper chamber of the National Assembly in the 2023 General election.
