The Ondo State Police Command has issued a public notice regarding a training exercise scheduled for its personnel in the Owode Obaile area.

The command, in a statement on Monday, advised residents not to panic if they hear gunshots or sounds associated with tear gas used during the exercise.

The training, according to the command, will take place at a designated shooting range, and all necessary measures have been put in place to ensure safety.

Meanwhile, Ondo State is preparing for its governorship election scheduled for Saturday, November 16, 2024.
