In a renewed attack on the settlers of the Adamawa village of Kukan, Numan Local Government council, three people are feared dead in the hands of raiding Fulani herdsmen .
The attackers who arrived kukan village in the early hours of Sunday, came in motorcycles and shot sporadically into the air, causing panic in the village as indigenes of Kukan village scampered into the bush to escape from their assailants.
At the end of this fresh and recent attack by the herdsmen, three people were felled by the herdsmen bullets.

The Fulani herdsmen, according to an eye witness who wanted his identity not to be exposed said , the invaders burnt a number of houses as well as food barns.
The raid on Kukan is one among the incessant attacks of the herdsmen on both human beings and and farm product in the North east.

The herdsmen’s argument is hinged on the allegation that people of these areas had engaged in farm rustling in that part of the North are more exposure are set to be made as time goes on.
It will be recalled that a more massive class murder had earlier taken place early in the year at Benue state when over sixty Tiv people were felled by the heard men’s bullet and machete, leaving the state government to mourn the unfortunate development.
