Why Fed Govt inaugurated science, tech TV, by minister

The Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation Adeleke Mamora yesterday explained the reason behind the establishment of science and technology television.

He said the sole vision is to educate and entertain as well as publicize scientific discoveries, inventions, and achievements of the various parastatals under the Ministry.

It was during the inauguration of the television in Abuja.

The television, which is under the purview of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (STI) is to ensure effective dissemination of information on scientific, technological and innovations in the sector.
