2023 polls : Ondo SSG commends electorate.

– Steve Ovirih.

The Secretary to Ondo State Government, SSG, Princess Barr Oladunni Odu has noted that the electorate have departed from the attitude of allowing pecuniary sentiments to influence their choice of candidates during the election process , describing this development as a highly salutary gesture worthy of being continued as a model attitude of Nigerians who are passionate about the Nigerian project and who are willing to sustain an unblemished Democratic process.

The first female Secretary to Ondo State Government gave this indication yesterday on the fringe of the election exercise at her polling unit, Polling unit 35, ward 13, Idepe Okitipupa in an exclusive chat with thepolity.net having being accredited and cast her vote in the presidential, Senatorial and House of Representatives election.

Princess Oladunni Odu a staunch political Juggernaut and a poster face of women emancipation in politics said she was impressed by the noble conduct of the electorate who came in good number to the polling units and cast their votes for their candidates of choice in orderly and timely fashion.

Princess Odu advised the people to realize that election is in stages , adding that as the vote cast stage has been rancor free and successful, the electorate should be magnanimous enough to accept the outcome of the polls when the result is announced, adding that out of all the contenders , only one winner will emerge.
