– Steve Ovirih.

Secretary to Ondo State Government, Barr. Princess Oladunni Odu has charged residents and the good people of Ondo State to take advantage of the new window of continuous voter registration exercise announced by Independent National Electoral Commission ( INEC).

The exercise is to give room for those who were yet to register before the last General election to do so.

Princess Oladunni Odu in an exclusive media chat with thepolity.net noted that voting at elections is part of the Citizens’ civic responsibility, urging those who have gotten to the voting age to take advantage of the exercise and get their voters card ahead of the next round of elections in the country.
She advised against voter apathy as she drew attention to the need for all people of voting age who for one reason or the other had lost or misplaced their voter cards to actively participate in the continuous voters registration exercise.

Princess Odu said the people in the grassroots are also encouraged to involve in the new process of getting their voters registration done so that they are not left out of active political participation.
She stressed the need for All Progressives Congress (APC) structure across Ondo State to sensitive members and lovers of economic and political development of Ondo State to reach out massively and obtain their voters card as their only weapon of sustaining good governance is their permanent voters card.
