The Abodi of Ikale Land, His Royal Majesty Oba George Babatunde Faduyile has expressed his appreciation on behalf of the entire good people of Ikale Land to the household of Gen. Olu Bajowa (OFR) and his amiable wife, the regent of Ode Ayeka, Princess Barrister Oluyemi Bajowa for deeming it fit to provide food relief package and face masks as well as financial assistance for the people of Ikale Land, the royal fathers and the House of the clergy during this covid 19 period to help cushion the harsh effect of the lockdown
The distinguished royal father who spoke with thepolity.net at his palace, at Ikoya, described Gen. Bajowa , the Jagunmolu of Ikale Land and Ojagbulegun from the source, as ” a thorough bred soldier with the milk of human kindness ,” adding that Gen. Bajowa is one of the fine gift of Ikale extraction to the world, who did Ikale proud as a soldier and who is still doing Ikale proud as a golden culture ambassador and a dependable Ikale stakeholder.
Oba Faduyile noted that the relief package from Gen. Bajowa is coming at a more appropriate time as the stay at home order of the government of the day has began to tell on the people’s individual economy.
” The relief package of food items , face masks and money will go a long way in giving succour to our people who will benefit from the largess. This is a very kind gesture by Gen. Bajowa and the regent of Ayeka. I thank them ; God bless them in multiple fold,” Oba Faduyile prayed.
