Special Adviser to Ondo State Governor on Health Matters and former National President of Nigeria Medical Association, NMA, Prof. Francis Adedayo Faduyile has heartily congratulated all the winners who emerged from the APC primaries in Ondo South over the week.

It will be recalled that The party’s primaries started on Thursday with the House of Assembly shadow poll followed by that of The House of Reps on Friday and which terminated with that of the Senate on Saturday.

In Okitipupa Constituency 2, Hon. Ololade Gbegudu got the delegates nod to fly the party’s flag while Hon. Chris Ayebusiwa won the House of Assembly ticket in Okitipupa Constituency 1. In the Okitipupa / Irele House of Reps primary, Prince Jimi Odimayo beat the other aspirants to clinch the party’s Reps ticket, while on Saturday, the 28th May, in the APC Senate primary held at Stella Maris College Okitipupa, Barr. Jimoh Ibrahim polled 190 votes to emerge the APC candidate.

In a press statement personally signed by Prof. Faduyile and made available to thepolity.net , he said the delegates have chosen wisely as all the winners have all it takes to protect the interests of the district both as state and federal Lawmakers .

Faduyile, who is also an APC stakeholder in Ondo State noted that leadership is a huge responsibility and a commitment that can not be given out to people who are not tested and trusted, adding that with the likes of Araba, Barr Jimoh Ibrahim, CFR and the Irele born oil magnate , Prince Jimi Odimayo, the district is in safe hands as all the good people of Ondo South can rest assured that legislative contribution and inputs from the district is about to get better.

The Abodi of Ikale born crown Prince and Professor of Pathology and Forensic Medicine , therefore urged all the electorate in Ondo South not to throw away their precious votes in the February 2023 General election as the candidates of the opposition parties in the district cannot measure up to the robust parliamentarians that have emerged from Ondo South APC primaries.
