Faduyile expresses hope of a renewed Sunshine State, Congratulates Nigerians as new year begins.

Prof. Adedayo Faduyile, OON , has expressed strong hope that Ondo State shall rebound and make greater exploits in the new year, 2024. The former President, Nigeria Medical Association (NMA) who currently serves as the Special Adviser on Health, Ondo State, in his new year greetings and an official congratulatory message, which copy was obtained by thepolity.net , noted that year 2023 ended on a gloomy note in the Sunshine state as the painful exit of Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu SAN, CON, drew a mournful solemnity, maintaining however that the Sunshine state shall rebound and go further to make great gains in all spheres of life in the new year.
In the statement which he personally endorsed, he indicated that the outgone year has simply confirmed the Bible saying that ” there is time for everything under the sun,” emphasizing that in the new year, the people of Ondo State shall have reason to sing a new song, a song of rejoicing, progress and worthy achievements both as a democratically governed entity and as individuals who live and hope to excell in their diverse career concern and vocations.
He added that it is noteworthy that there is no vacuum in governance, hence the business of governance goes on, stressing however that the State shall continue to treasure the worthy and unforgettable legacies of Late Governor Oluwarotimi Odunayo Akeredolu.
Prof. Faduyile expressed confidence in the ability of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC in the state to continue to hold the compass of governance even beyond the Akeredolu years as the state prepares for activities in the build up towards the 2024 Gubernatorial election, stressing confidently that the reigns of government in the state has come to stay with the All Progressives Congress.
While thanking the people of Ondo State for keeping faith with the APC – led Government of Gov. Akeredolu when he led Ondo State and appreciating the support offered the new Gov. Lucky Aiyedatiwa by party leaders and stakeholders, he stressed that the seamless change of power is an indication of the ability of the ruling party to sustain tranquility in the Sunshine state and an indication of the deepened commitment of the party to sustainable Democracy.
Prof. Dayo Faduyile said emphatically that his commitment to good governance has continued to be an abiding creed and this has guided his lofty dream to take the Sunshine state to a more lofty height , stressing that he is currently consulting with leaders both within the state and beyond on his Gubernatorial ambition and grand desire to further enhance the all round development of the state in the new year.
