Late Mrs. Abosede Ademodi buried.

Final rite of passage       of a dear one no matter how old often draws passion, but when the dear one departs at a ripe old age of 80 years , there is always course for celebration and Thanksgiving. For the family of Late. Mrs. Emma Abosede Ademodi, it was a celebration of life well spent in the service of God and humanity as their matriarch was buried on Saturday, the 26th of August.

The funeral service had earlier been preceded by a wake at the deceased residence , Miller’s road, Idepe.

At the burial service which held at The Redeemed Christian church of God Area Headquarters, Irefemi- Idepe Okitupupa, Pastor Akinrodoye noted that death is an appointment which everyone is billed to have with God. He said Christians should not live as if there is not going to be an end to our human existence, and death is just a transition to a higher realm . while thanking God for the    commitment of Late Mrs. Ademodi to church work, the cleric charged Christians not to forget “The great Appointment” as we will all have to stand before God on judgement day.

At the grave side, the remains of Mama Ademodi was committed to mother earth, while Mama’s children, family members and well wishers waved her their final goodbye, according to Redeemed Christian church’ tradition.

Reception and entertainment of guests held at the field Ogundugbuja High school, where the high life maestro, Demola Suzi was on ground with his band to supply music.
A major highlight of the funeral programme was the dazzling display by the crew of vinesworld funeral services, who entertained while they shouldered the casket containing   the remains of the deceased to the graveside , at her son’s house, Bulu street Okitipupa.


Mama Emma Abosede Ademodi, who was born eighty years ago into the family of Akinnusi of Idepe-Okitipupa was survived by children , grant children and great grand children. In her life time, she was a devout Christian.
