A former Nigerian leader has issued a stark warning, stating that the country’s massive population of unschooled children is creating a future army for violent extremists. Olusegun Obasanjo raised the alarm, describing the estimated 24 million young Nigerians not in classrooms as a “time bomb” for the nation.
