Bamidele Omosehin launches foundation for the less privileged.

The Iju Odo born International Business magnate, Mr. Bamidele Omosehin has launched a foundation tagged ” Bamidele Omosehin Foundation”.
The launching held on Tuesday, 22nd December at his Iju Odo country home where key players in the field of Politics and business tycoons within and beyond Nigeria gathered to support the lofty ideal of the initiator of the foundation. The launching also featured the final match of a football competition organised and bankrolled by Bamidele Omosehin to celebrate the life and time of his father whose burial holds at Iju Odo on Wednesday, the 23rd of December,

While speaking at the inauguration of the foundation, Chairman of the launching, Hon Shina Peller, Member House of Representatives ((MHR) representing Iseyin/ Itesiwaju/Kajola Federal Constituency , Oyo state saluted Bamidele Omosehin , describing him as lover of good things whose heart warms for development and assistance for the less privileged in the Society. Hon. Peller said the founder of BOF is a philantropic gesture of a compassionate Nigerian and a proud son of Iju Odo whose desire to help the poor, the needy, the orphan and less privileged people in the Society motivated his establishment of the foundation.
Hon. Peller who promised to bring his intellectual empowerment to Ondo State early next year supported Bamidele Omosehin Foundation with a fund support of one million Naira. Other dignitaries who came to identify with Mr. Bamidele Omosehin also donated handsomely towards the advancement of the foundation.
In his speech, the celebrant and founder of the foundation noted that BOF is a non – Profit making organization which goal is to ameliorate poverty and hardship in the lives of the people of Africa in general and Nigerians particularly. He said that the desire of the NGO is to go about enhancing community health care through the provision of free medical services , payment of medical bills for those with health and financial challenges and provision of quality education for children beyond the age of 18.
With the launching of this lofty project, succor is already on the way for children of school age in Ondo South who are intelligent and ready to study but are from lowly and indigent background as Bamidele Omosehin has promised to reach out to provide them with the needed assistance that will guarantee their future.
