One Arrested, One at Large in Murder of Retired Judge.

A suspect is now in police custody in connection with the brutal killing of a retired judge in Delta State. The arrest offers the first major development in the investigation of the murder, which occurred last Monday in the state capital, Asaba.

The victim has been identified as Justice Ifeoma Okogwu, a retired member of the judiciary. She was killed in her home, a crime that has sent shockwaves through the local community and the legal profession.

Authorities confirmed that one individual has been arrested and is currently assisting the police with their investigation. The suspect was reportedly apprehended following preliminary inquiries into the case.

However, the police have also revealed that a second suspect linked to the crime is still at large. A manhunt is currently underway to locate and apprehend this individual.
