Tambuwal Congratulates PDP Governors on Supreme Court Victory

Senator Aminu Waziri Tambuwal has congratulated Governors of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) on their victory at the Supreme Court.

The apex court on Friday laid to rest the legal battles arising from the March 18, 2023 governorship elections.

It, however, affirmed the victory of the affected PDP Governors, Bala Mohammed (Bauchi), Caleb Mutfwang (Plateau), Dauda Lawal (Zamfara), and Umo Eno (Akwa Ibom).

Reacting to the victory, Tambuwal, the former chairman of the Nigerian Governors Forum, expressed his congratulatory message to the governors.

His words “I extend my heartfelt congratulations to H.E Bala Mohammed, H.E Caleb Mutfwang, H.E Dauda Lawal, and H.E Umo Eno on the affirmation of their victory by the Supreme Court of Nigeria” .

The former Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party’s (PDP) Governors’ Forum added, “May this victory herald unprecedented development for the good people of Bauchi, Plateau, Zamfara, and Akwa Ibom states, respectively.”
