Three alleged kidnappers docked in Akure.

A three man gang of alleged ritual kidnappers have been arraigned at a Magistrate Court in Akure, the Ondo State capital. The suspects are Ogungbamila EriOluwa, Tayo Loto and Omoboye Bode.

Reading their charge , they were accused of kidnapping, child molestation and denial of liberty in contravention of the Laws of Ondo State as established in Sections 365, 516 and 517 of the Criminal Code, Cap37.

The accused were arrested at Igodan Lisa in Okitipupa, Ondo South Senatorial District with three female minors whom they were alleged to have had a carnal knowledge of and were planning to use for ritual purposes.

The suspects pleaded not guilty and were admitted to a bail of one hundred thousand while hearing in their case was billed for 2nd February by Magistrate Mayomi Olanipekun.
