Force Education officer gives appointment to three temporary teachers.

The Force Education officer of Nigeria Police Force, Dcp. Rabiu Ladodo has paid a scheduled visit to the
Police Children school, Okitipupa, where he conferred with the management and staff of the school.

Ladodo expressed his gratitude to the teachers of the school for their commitment to the growth of the police school. He particularly showered praises on the temporary staff of the police education facility for their passion regardless of the fact that they were yet to be given permanent appointment, noting that his office is aware of the personnel challenges of the school.

In a show of gratitude to the commitment of the temporary teachers, he offered immediate permanent appointment to three of them with a promise that the process of considering the rest temporary staff is on the way. The three teachers who benefitted from the FEO’s kind gesture
are Mr. Oyewumi, Mrs. Esther Emmanuel and Mrs Ashariwo.

Dcp. Ladodo did not fail to acknowledge the support of stakeholders who have supported and are still supporting the existence and growth of the Police children school, Okitipupa. He particularly thanked Chief Timothy Akinseloyin, CP. Abayomi Akeremale (Rtd) and CP. Adetuyi
(Rtd) for their unalloyed interest and innumerable contribution to the growth of the school.

A major highlight of the FEO’s visit was the special media interview granted him by two pupils of the school, where he was asked about his plan to integrate the free school feeding program into police schools across the country. While expressing his profound surprise at the brilliance of the kids, he reassured them that plans are on the way to call the attention of government to the issue so that pupils of police children school can also benefit.

The Head Teacher thanked the Force Education officer for his visit to the school.

In a related development, the FEO paid a courtesy call on The Jegun of Idepe-Okitipupa, His Royal Highness, Oba Adetoye Obatuga in his Palace.
